My friend Debi posted a picture of the twins in her family, so I thought I would do the same. It is acutally an odd story. We all know that fraternal twins run on the maternal side, right? Well, not in Scott's family! Scott's grandmother, Isabelle, had 2 sets of twins. One set (girls) did not survive, but had a second set of fraternal boys, Bill and Bob. Isabelle's son, Mike, has a set of fraternal girls Lauren and Kristin . Scott's sister, Erin, has a set of identical girls, Hannah and Grace. Now Scott has a set of fraternal boys, Sean and Owen.

This picture was taken at a family reunion, after about 90 other pictures, so everyone was just about done with the pictures.

Identical twin boys ran in my Dad's family every generation (7 generations) until my brother and I...I guessed I screwed that up!

Looks like 3 of those sets have the O'Laughlin name...Sorry Grace and Hannah..Truth is we love them all. The Twins Weekend is the first weekend in August..come again
