Stupid people need not apply

Today is election day!

I hope everyone with a clear understanding of everything they want in a President goes out today and exercises their opportunity to vote, regardless of your political affiliation. The freedom to hold elections and cast a vote is a wonderful thing and something many people have died to protect. With that in mind I think it deserves the respect of each person to take the time to fully understand the issues and each candidates perspective on them. If you do, you have earned the right to cast your vote and should do so. However, if you have not done your research and barely know who is running on which ticket, please don't cheapen the political process and just stay home. It annoys me to hear people are voting and really don't have a clue as to why they are voting the way they are. I recently watched a video clip where people were being interviewed after casting an early vote. There were actually people who voted for a candidate, but they couldn't answer a simple question as to who their candidate's running mate was.

Stupidity is a non-partisan issue!

Happy Voting!
