While we waited for the glue to dry,
We ate cake
and opened presents.
Then after some playtime in the yard,
the girls each got a flower to plant in their pot.
A special Thank~you goes out to my helpers. Jessica, Faith, Evalyn and Danielle. I couldn't have done it with out you girls! You are the best!
They even got to do their own pot after everyone else was done.

That is such a great idea for a party! Looks like great fun.
A garden party!!!!! I LOVE IT!!!! Looks like it was so much fun and the cake is awesome!
I love this idea! Hope you don't mind but I think I might steel it for Yaya's 3rd birthday this year. What little girl wouldn't love those activities and cake?
Terri,
We did this for Meredith's birthday this year! She was born on the first day of spring (like you!) and we thought that would tie in well. We didn't do jewels, but we painted the flowerpots and I had Kevin plant flowers in each one. They took them home and we didn't have to worry about goodie bags. I loved it!
It turned out so fantastic! I LOVE the flowers you chose to give too. Very pretty.
PS I can.not.believe how grown up Delaney looks!!!!!
WOW....what a fantastic idea...I just might need to keep that in mind for the twins party this summer!!!
Looks like they all had a great time!
